1. Acceptance

By signing in to InvestOS you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the investment team whose workspace you operate within.

2. Permitted use

The platform is licensed for startup-evaluation work performed by AI Factory and its investment-firm clients. Each user is responsible for the lawfulness of the data they input and for honouring the confidentiality commitments their firm has made to the startups and counterparties involved.

3. Account responsibility

Each user is responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials confidential. A workspace Admin may revoke access at any time. Sessions automatically expire after 7 days of inactivity.

4. Data ownership

The investment firm retains all rights to the data uploaded by its team. InvestOS processes that data only to produce the firm’s evaluation deliverables and never trains external models on it.

5. Local-only AI

All AI inference runs on hardware controlled by AI Factory (local LLMs served through Ollama). No startup data is sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS, or any other external service. This constraint is structurally enforced in the codebase.

6. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis during pilot. Specific SLA terms live in the pilot agreement signed by your team’s Admin.

7. Changes

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the workspace after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
